As an INELDA® trained End-of-Life Doula and Certified Grief Educator®, I offer emotional, spiritual, and practical support for individuals and families navigating death, dying, and bereavement. My work centers on reducing fear and isolation through honest, compassionate conversations and creating a safe, steady space for reflection, connection, and a peaceful transition.

How I Can Support You

Support may include:

  • End-of-life planning and guidance

  • Vigil and bedside support

  • Legacy and memory projects

  • After-death care guidance

  • Grief and anticipatory grief support

  • Support for individuals, friends, and families

This Support May Be Right for You If:

You or a loved one is facing a terminal diagnosis or advanced illness

  • You are supporting someone who is actively dying

  • You feel overwhelmed by the emotional or logistical aspects of end-of-life

  • You want help creating meaningful goodbyes or legacy projects

  • You are experiencing grief or anticipatory grief

  • You want support that honors your spiritual, cultural, or personal values

  • You are seeking presence—not answers, fixing, or pressure

What I Am Not

To help ensure this support feels aligned and safe, it may be helpful to share what my role is not.

I am not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice or treatment

  • I do not replace hospice, palliative care, therapy, or mental health services

  • I am not here to fix, rush, or bypass grief

  • I do not impose belief systems, timelines, or outcomes

  • I do not promise a particular experience—only presence, honesty, and care

  • I may not be the right fit for everyone, and I honor that deeply

My role is to offer steady presence and compassionate witness during a time that cannot be standardized or hurried.

If this resonates, we may be a good fit. If not, I honor your search for the support that feels right.

Lets Start a Conversation

We all face our own mortality in a unique way. I know this because in 2023 I was diagnosed with stage IV melanoma and had to confront mine head-on. It wasn’t easy—it was terrifying, and grief weighed heavily on me. More than anything, I longed for presence—people willing to sit with me in my fear, to ask the hard questions not just about death, but also about joy, faith, and meaning. These conversations helped me feel seen and allowed me to view my own life from a greater altitude.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. I offer a free end-of-life care consultation to explore your needs and see how I can best support you and your loved ones. Whether you're navigating a recent diagnosis, preparing for future care, or simply seeking guidance, this conversation is a gentle first step.

We’ll talk about what brought you here, what feels most pressing right now, and what’s at the top of your priority list. There is no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare—just an open, compassionate space to begin.

Is it too early to reach out?

No—there is no “too early.” Many people reach out simply because something has shifted: a diagnosis, a question, a feeling they can’t quite name yet. You don’t need clarity or certainty to begin. Reaching out early can actually create more ease, allowing space to explore options, values, and wishes before decisions feel urgent.

What if I don’t know what kind of support I need?

That’s completely okay—and very common. You don’t need to have language for what you’re experiencing or a plan in mind. Part of my role is to help you gently uncover what support might be most helpful right now, whether that’s emotional presence, guidance around end-of-life planning, or simply a space to talk and be heard.

Do you work alongside doctors, hospice, or other care providers?

Yes. I view end-of-life and grief support as collaborative. I work alongside medical teams, hospice providers, caregivers, and family members, helping to bridge communication and ensure that emotional, spiritual, and personal needs are honored alongside medical care. My role is non-medical and complementary, focused on presence, advocacy, and support.

  • Through deep listening and compassionate presence, I offer end-of-life support that creates space for honest, meaningful conversations about dying—helping to ease the isolation that so often surrounds this time. Support can begin days, weeks, or even years before death, whether you are navigating a serious diagnosis, preparing for future care, or seeking guidance for yourself or a loved one.

Together, we co-create an environment that feels peaceful and comforting, shaped by your needs and values. I provide non-medical end-of-life care, offering gentle guidance around physical connection and, regardless of belief system, I facilitate moments of meaning through prayer, meditation, music, silence, or ritual. I also offer emotional and grief support for individuals, families, and caregivers, holding space for the full range of emotions that may arise—grief, love, fear, even laughter—as we honor the full range of emotions when saying goodbye.

  • Hospice provides essential medical care, including pain and symptom management, nursing visits, and clinical oversight.

As an end-of-life doula, I offer non-medical emotional and relational support that complements hospice. My role focuses on extended presence, emotional companionship, guidance for families, vigil sitting, and support through anticipatory grief and final transitions.

    Hospice tends to the body.
A doula tends to the human experience of dying.

I work alongside hospice teams and do not provide medical care, give medical advice, or replace hospice staff. Many families find that having both hospice and doula support helps them feel more prepared, less alone, and better supported during this time.
